The Littler League Leadership Academy is a year-long leadership development program designed to help students build confidence, character, communication skills, and a heart for serving others.

Through hands-on experiences, mentorship, community service, public speaking, career exploration, entrepreneurship, and leadership projects, students will develop the skills they need to become leaders in their schools, communities, and future careers.

Our goal is simple:
